Irpinia Rosato DOC
This rosé is obtained with 100% Aglianico grapes from our vineyard in Torre le Nocelle in the heart of the Taurasi area.
The alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place in a steel tank for at least 20 days between 12 and 16 C. It stops briefly on the fine lees and then we proceed to refrigeration and filtration.
The label of this wine was designed by “TONI VIOLA and his friends” guests at the Herasmus cooperative born in Formia thanks to the Afdf (Formia disabled families association).
